For select events throughout the Verde Valley and beyond, Chef Lisa Dahl and the Mariposa culinary team offer fully customized off-premise catering. Every menu is designed around your vision, your guests, and the season, and is prepared with the same sourcing standards you would find in our dining room: Allen Brothers meats, Monterey Bay Aquarium approved seafood, organic Arizona produce, and the signature sauces that have made Mariposa a destination.
